"It was immaculate, newly refurbished, no signs of smoking throughout the hotel, and cleaned daily. The two single beds were king single, new and so very comfy…with a fantastic shower. The Hotel was so ideally situated. Step outside the hotel and you had plenty of eating places right in Little Bourke Street or just a very short stroll and you were really in the heart of Melbourne for shopping, eating, sightseeing and getting out and about. Considering its location the room was extremely quiet and hardly any noise throughout the night."

"This hotel is really good value for money. I was incredibly happy with how helpful the staff were, the fantastic location and the rooms themselves are adequately sized with new and refreshed fittings. The beds are large and the bathroom/shower is clean and sufficiently sized (the shower pressure is great). The location is the best of all worlds: close to trams, shopping, cafes, restaurants and all major attractions."
